While the extended good weather conditions made us hope that newborn pups would be safer, it turns out that there is now a second tenant for our Rehabilitation Center! His name? Hermes!

Little Hermes appeared a few days ago in Pili, Evoia, an area where orphan pups are often found, and thanks to the immediate intervention by MOm's local volunteer team and the Rescue Team that travelled from Athens, the little seal received first aid and was transferred to MOm's Rehabilitation Center in Spata, Attica. He will remain there alongside Minoas and we hope that, if everything goes well, we will be able to release them back into the sea together so they can keep on playing with each other!

We would like to thank Mrs. Anna Theochari for her valuable assistance and for accommodating Hermes at her house until our team reached the area!
